When you complete your registration process, you will have registered for both the TSRM Congress and the ASFP congress. You only need to register once to attend the congresses.

• A late-term difference of 10% will be added to the above-mentioned registration fees after 19 June 2023.
• All registration fees include VAT. The VAT rate is 20%.
• Speakers, specialist, assistants, and company representatives are required to register to attend the congress general areas and scientific meetings. Registration fee includes participation in scientific activities, name badge, pocket program, certificate of attendance, and congress bag.
• Registration is confirmed once full payment is received. For the confirmation of your registration, please send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail after making your payment.
• All payments must be completed before June 19, 2023 to benefit discounted registration fees. Payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• Figur Congress Organizations reserves the right to reflect the changes in the amounts of possible taxes, duties, and taxes on the prices.

The accommodation concept is ALL INCLUSIVE.

• Package prices include 3 nights accommodation, 16 November check-in - 19 November check-out
• All fees include VAT. The VAT rate is 10%.
• To be able to enter the congress center between 16 - 19 November 2023 and benefit from the services within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00 on the specified days, the participants who do not receive accommodation through the secretariat of the organization and only register and stay in the congress hotels offered by the secretariat, are in addition to the congress registration fees. 4-day package payments are required. Participants who do not pay this amount will not be able to enter the congress center. The external participation fee is 350 EUR for 4 days.

• Room allocations will be made by the board of directors of the association.

Airport Transfers

• Airport transfers will be organized as a group transfer on 16 November 2023 arrival and 19 November 2023 return. Round-trip airport collective transfer fee is one way 50 EUR.
• For private and other in-between transfers, please contact Figür Congress.
• Flight changes and all transfer requests must be notified in writing 48 hours in advance.
• Your transfer requests will be considered just by sending them to Figür Congress via e-mail ([email protected]).

Registration and Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Registration and accommodation cancellation requests must be notified to Figür Congress in writing via e-mail ([email protected]). Cancellation requests not notified in writing will not be considered.
• 50% will be refunded if cancellation requests are notified until 19 June 2023.
• No refunds will be made if cancellation requests are made after 19 June 2023. After this date, name changes can be made until 1 November 2023. Reproductive Health and Infertility Association and Figür Congress Organizations do not accept any responsibility for the changes to be made after this date.
• All refunds will be made after the congress in order to announced cancellation policy.
